Terms of Service
Effective: September 20, 2026 (first effective February 19, 2026)
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") explain the conditions that apply to use of Calc Tani (the "Service"). Where applicable law requires a separate consent process or provides user protections, that law controls.
1. Service Description
The Service provides 16 free online calculators including currency converter, BMI calculator, interest calculator, and more. All tools are for informational purposes only and do not replace professional financial, medical, or legal advice. This site's Analytics setting is separate from the advertising privacy choice managed by Google's CMP.
2. Disclaimer
Service results are reference estimates based on general inputs and formulas. Actual figures can differ with exchange rates, tax and insurance rules, personal eligibility, and product terms, so confirm important decisions with an official source or qualified professional. Nothing here excludes liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or limits a user's statutory rights.
3. Intellectual Property
Design, text and code created by the operator are protected under applicable law. Open-source software, fonts, public data and third-party materials remain subject to their owners' rights and applicable licenses. These Terms do not prohibit uses permitted by law or those licenses.
4. Prohibited Activities
Users must not engage in the following activities.
- Interfering with the normal operation of the Service
- Excessive access using automated means (bots, crawlers, etc.)
- Illegal activities using the Service
- Activities that infringe on the rights of others
5. Service Changes and Discontinuation
The Service may be changed or discontinued for operational or technical reasons, with advance in-Service notice when reasonably practical. This clause does not exclude liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude, including intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or limit statutory rights.
6. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be modified in accordance with changes in applicable laws or Service policies. Changes will be notified through in-Service announcements.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. A dispute will be heard by a court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act and other applicable law.
